No Training Needed
The talented Ms. Lawrence has no formal acting training. In fact, she wasn’t even enrolled in the drama program at her school, but she did perform in local theater from an early age.

For the film, she learned to fight, chop wood and skin squirrels. She didn’t even require a stand-in during the scene where her character butchered a squirrel.
