How To Not Go Insane While Waiting On Hold

Posted by , Updated on November 16, 2023

No matter how busy we are, we don’t have a say in the matter. It’s either you wait on hold or hang up. The worst part about it is the unknown. We never know how long we’ll be on hold, stuck in an awful telephone purgatory. It could range anywhere from 15 seconds to 15 minutes (sometimes it feels like it could be 15 years). Who’s to know? Fortunately, there is good news. Those precious seconds that fade into minutes can be used for something fun and productive. So, don’t despair, here’s how to not go insane while waiting on hold.
