Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight, dubbed “Australia’s Most Sexually Active Woman,” has been hospitalized following a marathon event in which she reportedly had sex with 583 men over six hours. The event, held on Sunday, May 18, was part of Knight’s personal goal to sleep with 1,000 men in 2025.
Knight, 28, revealed to US Weekly that she experienced significant bleeding after the event, leading to medical tests and hospitalization. “I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” she said, noting that she also suffers from endometriosis. In this condition, tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus. “It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”
Despite the physical toll, Knight described the experience as empowering. “I felt great. I felt empowered. I felt happy,” she told news.com.au. She organized the event by booking a venue and inviting participants who had registered online. Out of 2,000 applicants, 583 men participated, each required to wear protection and pink balaclavas to maintain anonymity.
Knight managed the event with hour-long sessions and 15-minute breaks, allowing each participant approximately 30 seconds to a minute. She admitted that some groups faced challenges, with participants struggling to perform, but overall, the event proceeded as planned. Knight consulted fellow adult star Bonnie Blue, known for a similar stunt, for advice on managing the logistics.

The event cost Knight around $10,000, covering expenses such as the venue, security, and filming. She expressed confidence in recouping the costs through content sales, stating, “I’ll make that money back tenfold, hopefully more.”
Public reaction to Knight’s challenge has been mixed, with some praising her confidence and others criticizing the event. Knight remains unfazed by the backlash, emphasizing that she undertook the challenge for personal satisfaction and has no regrets. She also defended the participants, expressing frustration over negative comments directed at them.
Knight’s fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, has been supportive throughout, calling her before the event to wish her luck and congratulating her afterward. The couple, engaged since last month, plans to marry on the Gold Coast.
Despite achieving her goal ahead of schedule, Knight is considering hosting similar events in other cities, citing the positive experience and enjoyment she derived from the challenge.
