Usually when you see a movie title you can more or less deduce what the film might be about. Everest? Ok, it probably has something to do with a big mountain. Of course, straightforward titles like this aren’t always the case. Take “Forrest Gump” for example. It’s about a gump in the forrest? Huh? What’s a gump? And why is forrest spelled with two “r”s? The point is that although bits of the movie can sometimes be deciphered from the title, this is not always true and even when you think it is, it will probably just give you a general idea of the story. There are some movies, however, that more or less give away the entire plot through their name. There are usually two ways that this happens. The first is that the movie title is just exceedingly long and descriptive (The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living And Became Mixed-Up Zombies). The second is that the plot is just so simple and predictable that even a one word title can sum it up (Sharknado). And of course, this list is meant for comic relief, so don’t be offended if your favorite movie is on it. These are 25 movie titles that give away the plot.
