25 Fattest People In The World

Posted by , Updated on March 24, 2024

Curious to know who the most obese individuals worldwide are? The count of those falling into this classification may be higher than expected and shows no sign of diminishing. World Health Organization data shows an alarming increase, with obesity rates tripling from 1975 to 2016, and with 650 million adults classified as obese in 2016 alone. This is no trivial matter, as obesity can lead to a host of serious health problems like type-2 diabetes, heart disease, as well as kidney and liver failure. On the bright side, obesity for many people is largely preventable. While the majority may gain weight and plateau at a certain point, some go far beyond, gaining triple or quadruple their initial healthy weight. So before you grab that next handful of potato chips, take a look at these 25 individuals who are the world’s most obese.
