25 Beautiful Video Games Worth Playing

Posted by , Updated on April 22, 2024

The question of whether Video Games can be considered works of art is a hotly contested topic, dependent upon who you ask. Some people strongly believe that the value of a game is entirely attributed to its gameplay, viewing graphics as nothing more than a pleasant addition. On the other hand, there are those who argue that for a game to truly stand out and captivate its audience, it needs to have visually attractive graphics. Additionally, there are some who are primarily drawn to a game due to its artistic appeal and style, preceding any other aspects.

Regardless of one’s opinion on a game itself being a work of art, video games contain arguably the best works of modern computer generated graphics and should be appreciated as such. For those of us who consider a game’s artistic appeal to be paramount or who simply appreciate these games as works of art unto themselves, here’s a list of 25 Beautiful Video Games Worth Playing For Their Beauty Alone.
