Abdul Rahman Yasin

Abdul is an American citizen born to Iraqi parents in Bloomington, Indiana who moved back to Baghdad with his family after his father received a doctorate from Indiana University. He later turned out to be the weapons expert who allegedly help make the bombs used in the 1993 attacks on the World Trade Center. Abdul is also the only participant that was never caught. As the leader of Filipino terrorist organization Abu Sayyaf Group Isnilon is known as The Deputy. Currently he is wanted on numerous counts, including the abduction and beheading of several foreign nationals. Reward: $5 million

Formerly a senior commander in the Janjaweed militia, Ali is wanted for a number of war crimes against civilians in the Darfur including rapes, murders, assassinations, genocide, and the forced displacement of tens of thousands of people. Reward: Unspecified

As an American senior operative for al-Qaeda, Adam grew up in California and converted to Islam at 17. Shortly thereafter he became involved with a fundamentalist group and relocated to Pakistan. Since become a senior commander he has been commonly referred to as “Azzam the American” even appearing with Osama bin Laden in several videos. He is the first American to be charged with the capital offense of treason since Tomoya Kawakita in 1952. Reward: $1 million
