These are excellent examples of what has almost become performance art. Watching these being sculpted is a fascinating process. In RIo de Janeiro, where I used to live, I could see these every day when walking on Leblon and Ipanema beaches. Some were even more detailed than your examples, but you do give some excellent ones.
